Senior Estates Surveyor

Are you an experienced MRICS-qualified Estates Surveyor seeking your next challenge? I have an excellent opportunity for a senior professional to join a forward-thinking property team on a short-term contract with strong potential for extension. Your new role You'll take the lead in managing a varied property portfolio comprising industrial, commercial, and retail units (2,000-4,000 sq. ft.). Your responsibilities will include: Negotiating and completing lease renewals and rent reviews Managing ground leases and associated agreements Preparing and approving licences to alter and sub-let Delivering strategic advice to optimise estate performance and compliance What you'll need to succeed MRICS qualification is essential Extensive experience in estates management and commercial property negotiations Strong understanding of property law and lease structures Ability to work independently and provide senior-level guidance What you'll get in return This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact on a high-profile portfolio.
