Summer Internship – Electrical Engineering Location: Barrow, Portsmouth Naval Base, Cowes Salary: £24,300 pro rata, plus a flexible benefits package About the Opportunity Our client, a leading global engineering and defence organisation, is seeking a Summer Intern in Electrical Engineering for a 12-week placement beginning in June 2026 . This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated undergraduate to gain hands-on experience working across complex, cutting-edge engineering projects. The successful intern will contribute to a range of electrical and electronic engineering activities – from supporting product development decisions to refining hardware and software design concepts. The role offers exposure to the full engineering lifecycle, providing valuable insight into both the maintenance of existing systems and the creation of innovative new technologies.
