Foster and build a collaborative culture with clients, colleagues and outside agencies Build effective working relationships with colleagues, customer stakeholders and outside agencies Identify and utilise technological advances to improve quality, results and efficiency. Expedite schemes from inception to design completion. Quality control and checking deliverables. Write and produce technical reports. Mentor colleagues, aiding both personal and career development. Here's what you'll needWe would be delighted to hear from candidates who have a good blend of the following skills and experience;Demonstrable expertise in Tunnel design. MICE Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent) Track record in the design for the design and build market. Experience interfacing directly with clients and building colaborative relationships. A sound academic and technical knowledge of civil/tunnel engineering Knowledge of relevant European codes and standards Proficient in software such as; Plaxis, FLAC, MIDAS and or SAP. Team player but with an ability to work independently and manage small teams as required. Planning & organisational skills.
