THE COMPANY:nOur client is multinational Corporate banking company, with over 13,000 branches worldwide.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:nEmphasis and primary responsibility for support and cover for transaction flow and data entry for syndicated and bilateral loans administration, trade finance loan and corporate deposits both time deposits and demand deposits.nLoan documentation interpretation and creation of Loan operating profiles for syndicated and bilateral loans.nCompletion of trade due diligence for Trade Finance related transactions including the screening of all parties both sanctions and adverse media, screening of vessels and vessel owners, dual use goods check and ongoing vessel tracking in line with the JMLSG.nAs part of the Trade due diligence the identification of potential red flags and the escalation to Compliance along with a detailed rationale to explain the issue including any evidence that has been collected.nAbility to understand and generate the relevant MT1xx, MT2xx and MT7xx series Swift messages.nEnsure all applicable processes and procedures are adhered to and updated as and when required.nComplete activities relating to system initiatives, UAT project assistance, creation of test cases, documenting procedures and implementation to the live environment.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:nAbility to communicate (written and oral) fluently in Mandarin.nThe role will suit an all-rounder with an exposure to as broad a range of products and processes as possible.nExperience in Trade Finance and Loan administration.nHands on experience of operational processes, critical.nAble to prioritise tasks and work to tight timelines under pressure.nUnderstanding of regulatory impact on all operational processes.nMust be competent on MS Office 2010 and SWIFT; OPICS knowledge preferred but not critical.
