The Change Partners are currently working with a Global Consumer Electronics Brand who are hiring for a Project Manager within User Experience (UX), across Europe on a day rate contract paying £200-300 per day.

The Project Manager (UX) will have ownership of delivery via management of in house projects and projects through external partners to deliver projects relating to Website User expereince (UX), Net promoter scores (NPS) and Conversation rate optimisation (CRO).

Key responsibilities:
  • Partner with European stakeholders internally and externally to deliver progress and status updates.
  • Engage relevant stakeholders, regularly reviewing each project and work with HQ.
  • Montiro project progress and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Continually review projects and progress them through delivery phases.
  • Project documentation.
  • Risk prevention via weekly project review.
  • Partner with ecommerce, digital and UX teams to support delivery of strong .com experiences.
Your experience:
  • Minimum 2 years experience within Project Management.
  • Experience ideally within eCommerce and UX, CRO, NPSor related.
  • Proven track record of working with multiple teams and layers of stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail to provide enhanced project documentation and risk analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills.
