The role
As an enthusiastic and capable Year 1 teacher, this role has a great deal to offer and is a fantastic way to kickstart your career. As a key function of the role, you will be required to foster a learning environment and educational experience which provides pupils with the opportunity to fulfill their individual potential.
You will also be responsible for using a variety of teaching delivery methods appropriate to the individual learning styles, and the varying demands of the curriculum, with the aid of the friendly and encouraging team.
The ideal candidate

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
* Have experience teaching
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
* Strong classroom management skills
* Passion and enthusiasm for teaching and student success
