Support residents with all aspects of personal care whilst maintaining and promoting independence. To assist in the supervision of staff and induction. Ensure that all staff have completed the duties required of them during their shift or if this has not been possible to communicate this at handover. Encourage staff members to take a personal interest in the residents and the home in order to create an atmosphere conducive to a happy caring home and lead by example. Work in a direct capacity alongside the Care Management Team. To review and develop all aspects of each residents care plan on the Mobile Care Monitoring System (MCM). Essential Skills, Characteristics and Experience: Two years experience at a Senior Care level. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. JBRP1_UKTJ
