Deputy Manager

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a dedicated clinical team and a highly experienced manager to create a nurturing and supportive home for children who have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement therapeutic strategies.
• Provide leadership and support to the staff team.
• Ensure the highest standards of care and support for the children.
• Foster a safe, loving, and positive environment.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in a similar role within SEMH provisions.
• Passion for making a difference in children's lives.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to creating a therapeutic and supportive home environment.
• A minimum of Level 3 in children's and young people, or equivalent
• Recent experience in a children's residential care home setting (in the last 3 years)
• Experience in an SEMH / EBD setting
The successful applicant must be willing to work shifts, this is necessary until the house is at full capacity.
A full JD is available upon request.
