JP Recruitment Solutions are pleased to be working with a Logistics and Warehousing company, based in Corby, to recruit a permanent Traffic Clerk.
The shift pattern will be working Monday to Friday: (Apply online only) and (Apply online only) rotating each week.
Specific responsibilites include but are not limited to:
Ensure all traffic operations are undertaken in line with company operating procedures
Supporting the on the road management of the traffic operation through communication and guidance
Ensuring all required administrative tasks are completed in line with company requirements
Dealing with customer / driver enquiries in a polite and effective manner
Ensure service level targets and KPI's are achieved by maximising fleet utilisation
IT literate; with a high competence in Excel
Dealing with and escalating service complaints to ensure effective resolution for the customer and protecting the company image and brand The sucessful candidate will have:
Previous experience of working in a transport office environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting.
Proficient in using computerised systems and software
