JOB PURPOSE

To Manage and develop our existing multi-disciplined rope access offering and aid the management team to grow the department in multiple market sectors UK & Europe. Perform rope access management as required to our customers onshore and offshore. Also maintain our IRATA certification. In time build the team and grow the business.


DUTIES

·       Client facing promoting company and offering, participation in ITT and bringing in new business.

·       Maintain IRATA certification

·       Lead site projects from office & build team

·       Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures.

·       Ensure all service-related quality control procedures and processes are followed

·       Liaising with the Operations Director on a day by day basis to ensure quality and service delivery is being maintained

·       Highlight any risks and work as a team to provide a solution to any service delivery or QHSE issues

·       Assist with the identification of customer’s requirements, new enquiries, quotes and commercial management of projects

·       Development of project execution plans and adherence to use of the company IMS system and project management manual

·       Assist with the development of the maintenance procedures for the base, equipment and service lines

·       Providing time estimates for work that will feed into budgets

·       Carry out site surveys as required

·       Represent the company at site when applicable

·       Participate and lead accident investigation

·       Provide appraisals for field personnel performance and competency reviews

·       Any other duties required in line with the needs of the business

·       Travel to client/customer sites with potential for overnight stay

·       To liaise with all Integrity ISS staff and customers to ensure seamless service delivery

·       Oversea and be technical authority for rope access certification

·       To maintain all the Integrity engineering documentation for the company

·       Provide engineering services for inspection, tendering and Sales support

·       To liaise with the customer base of the Company and effectively communicate with them on a regular basis, answering any queries that arise in a timely manner. To build relationships with all key customers

·       To actively participate in ongoing up-keep of ISO 9001 quality management system.

·       To look at innovation of products with management and take new product offerings from idea to fruition with our customers

·       To interface with outside vendors for equipment and consumables required for project delivery

·       To be familiar and coordinate repair order scopes, must be very commercial aware for cost tracking, processing invoices and month end

·       To ensure all duties are carried out in line with company procedures




QUALIFICATIONS

·       IRATA Level 3 rope access

·       Knowledge/experience in multidisciplined RA delivery for technical services

·       Excellent knowledge in Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

·       Valid drivers’ license

·       Valid passport to travel through E.U. counties

·       Offshore certification and medical


PERSON SPECIFICATION

·       Rounded : lead, engineer and project manage within a hands-on approach to new technology and innovation. Ambitious individual with senior management with strong commercial awareness.

·       Process-oriented : Has worked in or understands to conduct rope access works, rig repairs, Ndt, electrical Inspections

·       Collaborative : draws the team together to increase knowledge and expertise

Extensive background: Inspection or construction rope access maintenance campaigns and repair orders. Have track record in helping businesses grow sales.


This is a P&L responsible role therefor must be commercially aware. Has great potential for someone to make a quick impact and grow the division from bottom up with full autonomy from the directors. Must be self motivated individual working to target based results.


Must be uk candidates already working in the EU environment with good handle on the various energy markets.
