Are you in a sales role and looking for something warmer, where customers actually want to buy? Do you like dealing with people and want to gain experience in an office environment? We have the role for you
In this role you will be taking inbound calls from customers or following up on contact forms through the company website. This is a very warm sales role where customers are genuinely interested in the company's product - absolutely no cold calling.
Full training is provided, we are open to applications from candidates with any kind of customer service or sales experience. This can be retail, hospitality or office based. Alongside their standard training program, the company also offer more formal financial qualifications. These are fully funded and can lead to very lucrative careers.
Benefits:
Progression path and regular salary reviews up to £30k
Up to 35% bonus £40k OTE
Hybrid working, 2-3 days per week from home
Healthcare, including contribution to dental and optical costs
37.5 hours per week - will include 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-5pm

Fully funded financial qualifications Main duties:
Taking inbound calls and following up enquiries from their website
Fact find and establish a customer need
Recommend products and talk customers through benefits
Take customer details and refer to the finance team for next steps We are looking for:
Experience in customer service or sales - this can be from bar work, retail, call centre, office or similar
Someone who is empathetic and does the right thing for customers
Excellent communication skills, someone who is professional and patient
Someone who wants to increase their basic salary and earn bonus Start dates available in June and July
