The Role

The Deloitte Central Business Services Transformation team is looking for a Change Manager with experience of leading the business change management and implementation activity for a range of programmes. You’ll be supporting a large portfolio of cross-functional change programmes and projects in Central Business Services (CBS) supporting the change management and implementation of digitisation, efficiency, customer experience and organisation design initiatives managing the change impact and comms to a wide range of stakeholders across the business.

Deliverables : Responsibilities but not limited to:

  1. Support Cross-Functional Change Programmes with scoping all change impacting the relevant functions in CBS.
  2. Supporting the large portfolio of change with completion of change impact assessments and business readiness plans. Creating and delivering creative change and comms plans, adoption strategies and reporting.
  3. Act as a point of contact for allocated functions / teams to co-ordinate all change landing in their teams, working with stakeholders to prioritise and plan business readiness activity including engagement in user testing, process / procedure changes, training and communication.
  4. Work with business stakeholders and the project teams and analysts to support the gathering of initial requirements, understand business issues and provide a business lens into final designs or plans developed by the project teams
  5. Use knowledge of best practise change to advise stakeholders on how best to implement the change to customers and be business ready to ensure we drive the identified benefits from the investment. Prepare clear Business Readiness Plans to support successful change implementation
  6. Work closely with project leads, internal comms and the wider team to drive the communications supporting the changes as part of the business readiness plans and collate a clear change comms plan for the impacted personas.


Essential experience/ Background/ Core Skills

Must have strong Change Management and Implementation experience.

Must have a clear understanding of the role change engagement and communication plays in successful change landing with broad business experience in supporting the business in landing transformation projects, customer improvement programmes

Business Readiness, Change Implementation and Change Engagement / Communications experience is essential – able to advise and guide senior stakeholders on how to implement the change and best deliver service to customers.

Internal change communications experience is desirable – Align with internal comms specialists to own, develop, deliver and measure the communication plan and change management plan within the transformation journey. Knowledge of multiple internal engagement tools and channels.

Formal Change Management accreditation (e .g. PROSCI) desirable

Excellent engagement skills – Drive the creation of compelling, high-impact content, briefing packs and campaigns that’s consistent with Deloitte’s Content Principles and tone of voice.

Stakeholder Management – provide communication support for business partners and senior stakeholders across the function is key. Define engagement plan. Listen, understand and playback to stakeholders. Able to influence senior stakeholders with compelling propositions and work with communications teams across geographies.

Reporting and Analysis – report on the effectiveness of campaign communications, using tools and methodologies to measure performance. Use insights to make recommendations for improvements to stakeholders and provide impact analysis.
