Due to expansion, Davies Group are looking to recruit a Loss Adjuster Regional Manager to assist supporting the Midlands / London UK area. The role requires you to supervise and performance manage a team of field based staff, and to carry out the loss adjusting of Property claims.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Actively Manage a team of field-based loss adjustersnTo handle claims in line with company requirements and particularly the demanding service standards of clientsnTo ensure key performance indicator targets are reached and maintainednTo actively progress and control all casesnUnderstand and effectively implement Company systems and proceduresnEnsure technical accuracy of the highest standardnProduce high quality personalised outgoing correspondencenHandle customers effectively and fairly in line with insurers requirementsnBe flexible at all times and able to accommodate demanding appointment schedulesnBuild effective relationships with clients, brokers and othersnCommunicate regularly with all interested partiesnProduce reports of highest qualitynWork within a team environment to achieve best results either on individual losses or group resultsnInteract with existing clients to maintain and further existing relations and procure new business
Skills and Experience:
High level of previous Property Loss Adjusting experience within a similar rolenManagerial experience preferred, but not essentialnTo be at least progressing towards or completion of ACILA , FCILA or other professional qualificationsnTop quality interpersonal skillsnAbility to work in a fast paced and changing environmentnDependability and persistence are essentialnProven track record of general property adjusting and high net worthnExperience of major losses is preferablenCompletely flexible approach and adaptable to changing prioritiesnAccustomed to working under pressure in a fast pace, demanding environmentnFull, clean driving licence required
