Alpine F1 Team is seeking a Composites Technician Laminating to join our team in Enstone.

The Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing quality parts that meet team objectives and specifications.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to provide input on design for manufacturing.
  • Working as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Meeting deadlines using company systems like “Work To Lists” and D365.
  • Processing workload and releasing to the next operation promptly.
  • Checking material accuracy according to route operations and technical specifications.
  • Recording and communicating non-conformance issues as per department procedures.
  • Demonstrating excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.

The Person:

  • Strong engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and models.
  • PC literate with good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Ability to create a positive profile for yourself and the department.
  • Flexible approach to work, able to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Well-organised with attention to detail.
  • Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Adherence to good housekeeping and health & safety policies.
