About the Role: This role is pivotal within the National Training Team, focusing on developing and delivering training programmes for both internal staff and external clients. It involves creating high-quality courses on roofing systems and collaborating to enhance the training service.

What the Role Involves:

  • Designing and delivering innovative training programmes.
  • Collaborating with a dynamic team to align training with strategic objectives.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to boost training engagement and effectiveness.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends to continuously improve course content.


Package:

  • A competitive salary up to £47,000, dependent on experience.
