Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Associate)

This is a Trainee Recruitment Consultant opportunity for our UK office. However, 90% of our clients are in the United States, so we operate a slightly shifted workday to better accommodate the time difference: 10 AM – 7 PM Mon-Thu with 5 PM finishes on Friday


What to expect when joining Ovise?

  • Learn the candidate side for the first 6 months, focusing on resourcing roles (benefitting from our incredibly lucrative no-threshold commission structure).
  • Resource candidates for an array of full-time and consulting opportunities in the IT and digital world. This will help broaden your overall knowledge of technology staffing. Ensuring your candidate sourcing and screening process is razor-sharp before then looking to progress you to a Consultant role.

  • 1-to-1 training from an experienced and proven biller, £1+ million billed in a single year.

What are we looking for at Ovise?

  • Previous sales or recruitment experience (desirable).
  • Strong communicator with excellent written English.
  • Highly ambitious, motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Examples where you’ve had to show a high degree of resilience.
  • Examples of entrepreneurship or sporting achievements.
