Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Education Account Manager based in Wokingham. You will be responsible for managing and building relationships with educational clients, providing telephone consultation on AV solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Education Account Manager will also be involved in sales activities and utilising Salesforce to track and manage accounts.
Qualifications
- Account Management and Sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in the education sector
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Ability to understand and consult on AV solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary is negotiable depending on experience, we also offer a great commission structure and company healthcare and benefits scheme.
