About Us: Spencer Clarke Group is excited to partner with a primary school in the Chorley area. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Class Teacher to join their team for the entire academic year starting in September 2024.
The Role: As a Year 3 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to a class of enthusiastic and eager learners. You will be joining a supportive team committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all pupils.
Assess and record pupils' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and enjoyment.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Newly qualified teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.
Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting is desirable.
Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
