This pivotal role will provide robust accounting and management information to our Brandon Hire, ESS and MEP divisions.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and developing the Finance teams to ensure a high level of service to the businessnDelivering accurate and timely month end accounts and other financial information to the customers of the SSCnEnsuring balance sheet reconciliations are complete, accurate and timelynMaintaining effective process controls whilst driving process improvements within the teamnBuilding and maintaining effective relationships with operational teams and other SSC and group functions
What We’re Looking For
CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified (or equivalent)nExperience of working in a shared Service Centre environment and team management is desirable but not essentialnExperience of accounting processes in a large/high volume organisation is essentialnYou must have a positive attitude and wish to take responsibility for the quality of customer service provided by the finance teamnYou will have the ability to prioritise workload to ensure both short and long term goals are metnYou should be able to provide clear evidence of working to and meeting deadlines in a pressurised environment.nFlexibility – as the role covers our SSCs in Long Eaton & Bristol there would be regular travel required to these locations
