Zenith People are working with our client who are a Manufacturer looking to recruit a Maintenance Trainer on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Maintenance Training Coordinator, duties are as follows:-
Main Duties & Responsibilities
* Support the development of the Maintenance Departments training requirements.
* Training Apprentices, newly qualified Maintenance Technicians and experienced Maintenance Technicians
* Creating training reports and completion of documentation
* Support Trainee recruitment, training & development.
* Daily use and development of Maintenance tools & best practices.
* Promote and strengthen team skill up activities.
* Support Department Recruitment activities.
* Support new project skill up & preparation.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
* An ONC or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering/Time Served Maintenance Technician
* A strong Maintenance/Engineering background.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* PC literate.
* Experience in a previous Training Role advantageous but not essential. Training will be provided
* Experience developing & delivering in house training advantageous.
