Permanent, Full Time - 36.25 hours We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Repairs Team Member to join ourRepairs service.You will carry out all aspects of property repairs & maintenance as defined by your primary trade and associated work. You will beexpectedto undertakerepairsand maintenance works to the society's property portfolio, ensuring our homes are always safe & secure.We are looking for someone who: Must hold a full UK driving license. Holds anNVQ level 2 Roofing (slate & tile) qualification Haspreviousexperience of working within a repairs & maintenance service, preferably relating to a domestic property portfolio. Has excellent multi-trade ability, knowledge and experience and a willingness to apply these attributes to the requirements of the RBH repairs & maintenance service. Carry out dutiesin accordance withall regulations and guidance such as H&S regulations, riskassessmentsand safe systems of work Ability to receive, understand and reactin a timely mannerto verbal (telephone), electronic (mobile device) and written instructions (work orders) Supervise and control apprentices, training and guiding them in the standards expected by the society and always ensuring they work in a safe and efficient manner Participate in the emergency repairs call-out service involving working outside normal hours as and whenrequired. Primarily within plumbing. However, duties may vary. Be responsible formaterials & equipment held in society vehicle and guard against loss or theft What's in it for you?
