Senior Email Marketing Manager

Something Extraordinary Every Day™ The Senior Email Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of CRM and email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. This role is responsible for delivering high-impact, personalised email campaigns that support lifecycle marketing, commercial moments, and membership communications. This role will require working four days per week onsite at Bicester Village. What you will be doing The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following: Develop and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy aligned with CRM goals Use CRM insights to inform email strategy, customer segmentation, and targeting. Monitor and report on email campaign performance Manage CRM and email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) Work closely with teams across Retail, Partnerships, Hospitality, and Personal Shopping to support CRM and email initiatives. To be successful with us, you’ll have: 5+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns in hospitality, luxury fashion, or lifestyle brands Strong proficiency in email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) and marketing automation tools Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and A/B testing There’s no one quite like us The Bicester Collection are the worlds’ leading luxury shopping destinations, and we are committed to creating magical and memorable experiences for our guests.
