Role Responsibilities
Working for this major UK group of specialist wholesale and distribution businesses, as a Graduate Trainee in business and sales you will:
Learn about the products and key areas of the business
Receive bespoke mentoring and training from a successful manager
Work alongside a team of experienced salespeople
Nurture existing relationships and provide exceptional service to B2B clients (installers and architects)
Work within a fun, friendly and lively office environmentRewards
As a Graduate Trainee, you will:
Receive a starting salary of £26,000
Receive regular salary increases as you progress
Earn a lucrative uncapped bonus annually
Have products and skills training in various business fields, including top industry sales training
Be given the opportunity to progress ie. to field sales or management positions
Working hours are 8:30am-5pm, Monday to FridayRole Requirements
To be successful in this Graduate Trainee role, you should be:
A business-minded graduate ideally with some commercial or customer service experience
