About the Company:
We are looking for a Sustainability Consultant, with experience using IES Virtual Environment, to join a fast-growing Engineering Consultancy that specialises in the decarbonisation of the built environment.
The company services include:
* Surveying property assets
* Building Performance Modelling
* Financial Modelling ( ROI)
* Providing advice to make buildings carbon neutral.
* M&E Design & project management of subsequent decarbonisation packages
* Management of the integration of Solar PV, LED Lighting & other green tech.
About the Role:
Based out of an office near Euston, from home & on client sites, you will be working with real estate owners. A broad role, duties will include;
* Undertaking the detailed Surveying of buildings to identify energy efficiency opportunities.
* Performing building analysis using IES Virtual Environment
* Creating financial models for building services upgrade projects.
* Developing broader decarbonisation plans for existing buildings.
* Producing & preparing reports and recommendations
* Supporting the client in the implementation of decarbonisation strategies
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a relevant Degree.
Have Full Right to Work in the UK Without Sponsorship
Required Skills:
The individual will have gained experience of using IES Virtual Environment.
They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with a passion for the decarbonisation of the built environment.
It is also essential that the individual is a team player, has a strong work ethic and enjoys being part of a small team of engineering professionals.
Pay range and compensation package:
A basic salary ranging from £45k-£65k (DOE) basic, 25 Days holiday (+BH), flexible working & Pension

A commitment to training ( as required) including Conducting Non-Domestic EPC’s up to Level 5, Conducting ESOS Assessments, the use of Hydraulic software & the preparation of preparing GHG Emission reports
