I am working with a business that is redefining their culture & manufacturing processes & we are looking for two leaders to guide this journey across their shift operation.
The factory is a mixture of highly automated & new equipment alongside older pieces of plant. Implementation & development of SIC, OEE, SMED systems is ongoing.
A large part of your remit will be to embed new thinking, techniques & find new efficiencies across usage. 
Most important factor will always be the people.
Running the shift as the 2nd in command working closely with the Manufacturing Manager.
Together you’ll take command of operations, process & packing areas.
Your role is to create & maintain a great culture, results & always be finding improvements.
