GMP Recruitment are proud to be supporting a leading national consultancy seeking a Principal Designer to join their office in Milton Keynes.

This is a full-time permanent position where the Principal Designer will be experienced in their field and have a strong understanding of the Building Safety Act 2022 regulations.

My client has an extremely positive & supportive work environment and are seeking a Principal Designer who will be supporting them on commercial, retail, and residential projects.

CDM Principal Designer main duties:

  • Carry out Principal Designer duties under CDM Regulations
  • Collate and distribute Pre-Construction Information
  • Attend project design team meetings
  • Assist Designers and Clients with their duties under CDM Regulations
  • Review Construction Phase Plans
  • Raise F10 notifications behalf of the Client

CDM Principal Designer Skills & Experience

  • Experience & knowledge of CDM Regulations
  • Experience carrying out Principal Designer duties
  • Knowledge of the Building Regulations
  • Hold an IOSH membership
  • APS membership
  • Hold a NEBOSH certificate
