The job details include:
* Fully WFH role
* 3 month initial contract
* Rate=£50-£60ph depending on experience
* 15 hours per week
* Experience in dealing with the following: Preparing contract documentation, Advising on compliance and governance requirements in relation to the Public Procurement legislation and the Council’s Procedure Rules, Negotiating and draft agreements including consultancy agreements, agreements for services, grant agreements, funding agreements, JCT agreements and variations, novations and concessions, Providing relevant legal advice on competitive processes and/or mitigating procurement risk, Contractual disputes, Alternative delivery models including partnership and joint venture agreements, shared services arrangements between public bodies and trading companies
