YOU WILL BE DOING:
Our Client Services team plays a key role in the delivery of our client accounts and events. An extremely busy, fast-paced, exciting and diverse area of the CSM Live business, we deliver throughout the UK, Europe and for clients across the globe. The role sits within our Orpington Team, based between this office, some on-site time with our clients, and some remote working. You’ll be working as part of an experienced and dynamic team, primarily focusing on the successful management and operational delivery of established and new accounts, delivering a range of exciting events.
You will work across the entire life cycle of projects, involved in every element of our event delivery from start to finish. Project planning is central to what we do, and you’ll also be involved in and leading client management, budgeting, feasibility reviews and implementation, administration and programme planning, as well as leading operational delivery and stakeholder liaison.
The job role will include tasks and responsibilities such as :-
Managing the day to day running of key client projects, leading client communication and stakeholder management.nBudget responsibility for individual projects including pricing, margin control and maximisation.nCompiling client proposals and responding on new briefs, pitches and client negotiations.nClear professional communication and management of client expectations, as well as management and delivery of accurate reporting.nEnsure that work produced meets all objectives set, is done on time and to the highest standards, and achieves the best possible results for the company and our clients.nLeading by example, working with and managing team members, and contributing positively to a wide range of projects.nImplementation of Project Management disciplines, processes and skills including programme and risk management.nManaging artwork, colour matching and the approval processes both with the client and with our internal Studio and Production teams.nOn-site management of contractors including implementation of H&S processes and continuous best practice.nFollow up reviews on projects post completion, including detailed analysis, compiling lessons learned and communication to the wider business to ensure process improvement.nDevelopment of additional business opportunities within the client account, spotting opportunities and proposing creative solutions.
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:
Experience within a similar role is preferred.nSolid experience of project management processes and on-site delivery of projects.nAbility to multi-task - you will be working across a number of activities at the same time, delivering consistently high-quality work to tight deadlines is key.nGood communication skills across a variety of formats including verbal, written and presentational.nA high proficiency of numeracy and literacy, including knowledge and capability to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpointand MS Outlook.nAbility to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues.nCreative thinking.nAttention to detail across all areas of event delivery, demonstrating diligence and professionalism.nProblem solving – ability to identify risks and issues and propose innovative solutions to resolve.nAbility to meet challenges and quickly deliver workable solutions in demanding environments.nTime management skills, both independently and when working as part of a wider team.nAbility to prioritise to meet challenging deadlines.nAbility to take responsibility for your own work.nOpen to feedback from clients and colleagues, ability to reflect, review and learn.nFlexibility –willingness to work as a team, demonstrating a positive and proactive working attitude, supporting others and picking up a range of tasks when needed in order to adapt to the needs of the project/client.nAbility to remain calm under pressure, demonstrating confidence and decision-making qualities.nQuick to learn and keen to develop, demonstrating curiosity and passion for our industry and clients.nTake pride in your work, remaining focused and motivated, and leading by example.
