Job Description:nAligning the interfaces between Client CON (Construction) Package, ECS+T (Export Cable Supply & Termination) and Client+T (Array Cable Supply & Termination) ContractorsnEnsuring the maritime logistic for the Array Cable and Export Cable Contractors according to contractsnEnsure a safe working environment offshorenEnsure implementation of previous lessons learned (LLs) related to the termination scope into the projectnEnsure registration of LLs related to the termination scopenSingle point of contact between Termination & Testing (T&T) supervisors, T&T contractor and Technical Scope ManagernDefining the Package requirements for tendering of the maritime logistics for ECS+T and Client+T Packages by CON (as required)nDefining the Contractors needs for Offshore WorksnEnsure all load-out activities are coordinated with the Offshore Cable Installation (OCI) department and incoterms, tests, hand-over certificates are properly aligned. This include supervision of load-out activitiesnEnsure the project schedule (including OCI) is fully aligned with the offshore termination scopenEnsure logistics relevant activities are fully understood and aligned (e.g. lifting, storage, vessel facilities, rescue concept, crew change, tools, HSE needs, material flow from/to Site) are aligned and planned in before mobilizationnManaging logistics for delivery of accessories between the warehouse and construction sites, including Offshore Substations (OSS) and Transition Joint Bays (TJB)nManaging logistics for mobilising supervisors and personal to sitenLeading and organizing the client supervisor/client representative team, including rotation schedules, onboarding, checklist preparation and completionnMaking informed decisions quickly on-site to minimize stand downnEnsuring all contractors and client supervisors are up to date with necessary training (GWO, site induction, electrical safety, etc.)nReview all logistics, installation manuals and site acceptance test (SAT) relevant documents (incl. as-built documentations) both internally from the project and externally from the contractorsnReview contractor RAMS for safe and high-quality execution of offshore worksnReview and registration of NCRs in Synergi during offshore termination scopenMapping all deliverables and activities related to the offshore termination worksnEnsure progress for the submittal of deliverables (incl. accessories) from the Contractor and internal stakeholdersnInternal knowledge sharingnFeed in all offshore relevant logistical activities such crew change, port call, transfer times etc. into the ECS+T and Client+T PackagesnBe in a charge of offshore mobilization of the SOV, CTV, T&T inspectors/supervisors for ECS+T and Client+T Package scopesnBe the first point of contact and Package representative for all logistical and termination activities at harbour, vessel and sitenOrganizing and chairing regular logistical interface meetings with the Contractors, CON Package and relevant function of ECS+T and Client+T teamsnSite visits to onshore sites are anticipated and this includes visit to South Korea, Taiwan and locations as required by the projectnResponsible for the mock-up trial at site (incl. associated pre-planning and interfaces) and ensuring LLs from the trial are addressed/mitigated prior to offshore cable termination & testing campaignnRole Requirements:nProject Manager (PMI) with good understanding and experience of Offshore Construction Management, Termination and Testing worksnWorking in a structured and analytic waynGood communication skillsnFully GWO certified (for offshore visit, where applicable)nSkills in HV/MV cable jointing/termination (incl. offshore field joints), cable ladder/cleating systems, subsea cable hang off systems, earthing and bonding of cable systems.nStrong QHSE awareness in an industrial/construction/offshore sector.nAbility to interpret industry standards, Client TRs and familiar with HVC and FOC testing.nFamiliar with high voltage equipment in general, including in array cables, export cables and associated accessoriesnClient will reimburse the travel costs (i.e. return flights and accommodation) to outside UK (e.g. to South Korea and to Taiwan) for site visit or business trips.nTravel locations -
UK, Denmark, South Korea, Taiwan and locations as required by the project. client is not responsible for any working visa related matters. Consultant shall ensure relevant visa is in place and as needed by the local requirements prior to the travel.
