Interior Designer - About You

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and versatile Interior Designer/ 3D Designer with a strong design sensibility and an eye for detail.

You ll thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you ll have the chance to shape high-impact commercial interiors across diverse sectors. Whether it s retail, hospitality, or branded environments, you approach each project with an ambitious attitude, always striving to create your best work yet.

You should be driven by the desire to push design boundaries, with a deep understanding of how spaces influence customer experiences and brand identity. You will enjoy collaborating with a talented, like-minded team of designers, ensuring your creative solutions are both innovative and practical.

Interior Designer - The Role

As a Designer at KVB Design, you will be an integral part of our studio team, contributing to a wide variety of projects that span retail, hospitality, branded environments, and experiential design. Your responsibilities will include conceptual design, space planning, developing design concepts, producing detailed drawings, and presenting to clients. You ll work closely with our in-house experts and directly with clients to translate their brand vision into compelling physical spaces.

Interior Designer - Experience

A minimum of 2 years' experience within the commercial interior design sector, with a focus on retail, hospitality, or branded environments.

Experience working on high-profile commercial projects and a portfolio that demonstrates your understanding of spatial design and user-centric environments.

A strong understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, and the role they play in creating impactful interiors.

Interior Designer - Skills

Exceptional communication skills our collaborative approach requires the ability to effectively present and articulate your design ideas to clients and internal teams.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Vectorworks, 3D Studio Max, and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with these tools or similar design software is beneficial, and we will provide additional training where necessary.

A keen eye for detail, with a passion for delivering creative, functional designs on time and to the highest standard.

Location

This is a fully office-based role at our studio in Henley-on-Thames (conveniently located between Oxfordshire, Berkshire, and Buckinghamshire), where we believe in the power of working closely as a team to create the best outcomes for our clients.
