Location: Cleveland Clinic London

Rate of pay: Competitive

Working pattern: as required

Contract: part-time 20 hours

As a Kitchen Porter Supervisor, key responsibilities typically include:

1. Supervising Kitchen Porters : Oversee the work of kitchen porters, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and up to standards.
2. Cleaning and Maintenance : Ensure the kitchen and all equipment are kept clean, sanitized, and in good working order.
3. Stock Management : Manage and monitor cleaning supplies, kitchen tools, and waste disposal materials; place orders as needed.
4. Training and Development : Train new kitchen porters on procedures, hygiene standards, and safety regulations.
5. Shift Scheduling : Organize work schedules and assign tasks to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
6. Health and Safety Compliance : Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
7. Waste Management : Oversee proper disposal of kitchen waste, recycling, and management of refuse areas.
8. Communication : Liaise with chefs and management to ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.
