Painting & Decorating Operative

Our client based in Ascot are looking to recruit a Painting and Decorating operative. You will be responsible for supporting the team, in the delivery of all of the Painting and Decorating elements across the site.

Duties:

  • Support raising orders for budget lines
  • Issuing, monitoring, and assisting where needed, and closing all the reactive jobs on a regular basis
  • To ensure and maintain the estate in accordance with the guidelines
  • To undertake regular inspections of the estate, making sure any faults are repaired within the deadlines.

Experience:

  • Significant experience as a Painter and Decorator for an organisation
  • Possess relevant qualifications and competencies relating to a Painting and Decorating background
  • Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety, Electricity at Work regulations and COSHH requirements an advantage
  • Computer literate with a good standard of ICT knowledge including Microsoft Office
