CK Group are recruiting for a Project Management Associate (Value Evidence and Outcomes) to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Bracknell on a contract basis for 12 months.

Salary:

Hourly: £20.84- £27.78 per hour.

Project Management Associate Role:

  • The VEO (Value Evidence and Outcomes), International Medical Affairs Project Manager provides portfolio-level support of operations for Real World Evidence and Health Outcomes Projects.
  • Project management support covers planning, execution and close-out and includes vendor management, project approvals, contract initiation, budget monitoring and control, change control, milestone maintenance, invoice reconciliation, records management.
  • Partner with scientists and Global PMs to provide strategic and tactical updates to VEO Operational team as needed.
  • Facilitate annual business planning and subsequent, ongoing quarterly forecasting processes for VEO International Medical Affairs, ensuring portfolio alignment. Drive development of a plan utilizing appropriate tools that align team, functional, and geographic resources (FTEs and funding).
  • Track projects and associated budgets and milestones from initiation through project close-out; monitor and drive conformance to plan ensuring quality and compliance deliverables are met. Provide line-of-sight for all projects in collaboration with project owners, Global PMs and leadership.


Your Background:

  • Applied knowledge of project management tools and processes (e.g. management of scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk and procurement as defined by Project Management Body of Knowledge).
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience with or knowledge of drug development processes in specific therapeutic area(s)
  • Previous experience with or knowledge of Planisware, SAP, (Salesforce) or equivalent
  • Practical experience performing project management for a cross-functional project.
