Short Description

The GPO role is for a strategic, experienced leader to oversee Procure to Pay (P2P) process within Colt.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Finance Director, Business Operations and CFO office, the successful candidate will be expected to exercise their influence and leadership in identifying and putting into action any opportunities for improvement as well as achieving consistency and compliance across our key business processes (P2P). This role will also be pivotal in ensuring the processes are optimised and running as efficiently as possible as well as creating the capacity to absorb the increased workflows as the business processes are integrated from the recently acquired Lumen business.

This role will suit a candidate who is experienced in migration of workloads post acquisitions, reviewing Procure to Pay Processes and implementing best practice, in depth understanding of SAP S4 and the benefits it can bring, partnering with stakeholders at all levels in the organisation, has experience driving organisational change and most importantly is willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved.

This is a Global leadership position as such there will be an expectation that the individual appointed will have a genuine focus on continuous improvement and the ability to drive improvements across the Company's key business processes.

Job Description
  • Oversee all aspects of the P2P function including PO process, reviewing weekly AP runs, and creating KPIs for management, deep dive in to the OLO/Colo processing and settlement
  • Deliver the process review/enhancement to the end to end P2P process ensuring sufficient capacity on the Colt process to absorb the workloads from the Lumen Emea stack and the exit from the Transition Service Agreement
  • Communicate effectively with the process contributors (AP, procurement, etc.)as well as the various departments driving the wider integration (Integration Management Office, Finance systems team and Transformation teams).
  • Working with the business owners to identify areas of capacity and suggest and implement improvements in the processes that will drive increased capacity
  • You will work with the team to lead on process transformation programme through 2024 for P2P ahead of the TSA exit in September 2024. Your previous experience in process design and understanding of Colt's business will empower you to lead and inspire innovation on the project, managing internal stakeholders
  • You will drive our system migration plan relating to the P2P process to S4 including readiness assessment, enhancements and gap assessment
  • Control owner for P2P - ensure effective controls are in place and monitored.

  • Drive the road map with the transformation and systems team ahead of Colt's migration to SAP S/4 Hana

  • Resilient character with the ability to operate in a period of uncertainty
Qualifications
  • S4 Knowledge of the benefits that it can bring
  • P2P in depth knowledge of the process and a proven track record of assessing and implementing meaningful change
  • Proven experience of managing migrating workflows post-acquisition, specifically focussed on P2P
Decision Rights
  • Decision over project execution to drive efficiency across our processes ahead of onboarding the Lumen EMEA business process and the S4 implementation
Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
