Estate Director

An exciting and interesting opportunity has arisen to take on the management of the Mulgrave Estate, a large and diverse landed Estate located on the North Yorkshire Coast, in the North York Moors National Park. The Estate extends to some 15,000 acres, including 2,500 acres of Forestry, a large in-hand farm and a Registered Park and Garden around Mulgrave Castle.

This is a key leadership role, managing all the Estate's activities and enterprises, including the expanding Home Farm of 2,500ac, comprising 1,000ac of arable, a commercial deer park and grazing let on seasonal arrangements. Conservation, sustainable farming, and stewardship are a key focus on the Estate. The Estate Director will work closely with the owners, the Chairman of the Board, and other non-executive Directors to develop estate and farming strategies, identify opportunities and ensure delivery.
