Job description: We are working with a prestigious Merseyside-based law firm as a Property Law Assistant to join the firm ASAP on a temporary basis, where there may be scope to join the firm permanently.

The client is willing to consider applicants available on either a full or part-time basis, where office attendance is key to the role.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting with the conveyancing process, ensuring clients receive seamless service during property transactions. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, conducting property searches, liaising with clients, and supporting solicitors with administrative duties.

Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal support role is essential
- Proficiency in using case management systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build rapport with clients
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the capacity to work under pressure
