A unique opportunity is available for a Quantity Surveyor to join a top main contractor working on a significant civil engineering project in Oxford. You'll play a crucial role in the on-site team, offering exceptional career advancement opportunities, a balanced work life, hybrid work options, and a competitive salary & benefits package.

The Quantity Surveyor will kick off their involvement in the project during the preconstruction phase, overseeing a set of subcontract packages from procurement to final accounts.


Key responsibilities:
  • Contract negotiation and administration
  • Preparing tender documents and reviewing subcontractor and supplier information
  • Processing payment applications
  • Valuing completed work on site and preparing payment applications
  • Generating financial reports
  • Identifying and managing project risks
  • Supporting the Senior QS with commercial duties
