The Homeless and Rough Sleeper Nursing Services in Somerset have an exciting opportunity for you to be part of an expanding Team who will now include Mental Health Workers.

We are seeking a Mental Health Practitioner (either as a Mental Health Nurse or Social Worker) to join our Community Nursing team.


This is an exciting time to join a thriving and innovative Team that has received significant investment from NHS England.

This enables us to offer an excellent service to Homeless people experiencing mental health / substance misuse difficulties.

Ensuring that these people can have the right help at the right time, in the right place, operating a no 'wrong door' ethos.
