The Role

As an UKG Integration Consultant, you will be responsible for the UKG Pro Integration development within the Platform as part of the Implementation. In this role, you will be working within the retails/logistics domain in UK.

Key responsibilities:

  • closely with Project Managers and Solution Consultants, communicating and understanding goals required to complete required tasks on time.
  • design, and develop integration meeting customer requirements.
  • Services teams with integration discovery and scoping.
  • integration timelines including but not limited to notifying clients of changes to task dates or assigned resources.

Maintain project management tools for all integration projects.

  • the SDLC process to provide the solution for Interfaces.
  • the requirements from the client or from the regional consultants.
  • User Acceptance Testing support.
  • and release to production environment.

Provide a final hand off to support team.

Your Profile

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

  • Boomi professional certified and completion of UKG Validation LAB.
  • on the UKG API/Direct API/Public API.
  • in processed TEMPLATES / EXTENSION.
  • Pro WFM product knowledge.
  • implementing and configuring UKG/Kronos Accruals & Time and attendance modules.
  • working within a cloud-based environment.
  • knowledge of creating interfaces for upstream/downstream applications.
  • in supporting the design, build, test, deploy and scheduling of the Integration process involving third party systems.
  • designing and developing integration using Boomi AtomSphere integration platform or Workforce Integration Manager or similar Integration Tools.
  • oral and written communication skills.

Good customer interfacing skills.

Good to have:

  • of Dell Boomi components, connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer and Transformations.
  • on Rest API, SOAP framework, XML, Web service design.

Advance Scheduler, Forecasting, Device Manger.

Excellent architecture skill set.

  • knowledge of HCM/WFM is an additional advantage.
