We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Test Technician to join a leading global manufacturing company at their UK facility in Margate.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting tests and inspections to assess the quality and performance of products and equipment. It's a great chance for individuals with experience in mechanical product or material testing who are eager to work hands-on in an engineering capacity.


Responsibilities:
- Setting up tests in compliance with relevant standards and customer protocols
- Safely and efficiently performing tests, following all internal guidelines and safety procedures
- Analyzing and documenting test results using suitable software

Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience in an engineering environment, with a focus on mechanical testing
- Proficiency in interpreting quality standards, engineering diagrams, and product specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively while meeting deadlines
- Competency in using MS Word & Excel

Experience with SAP and Cad is advantageous, as well as familiarity with operating lathes and mills. This full-time position from Monday to Friday starts as a temporary role with the potential to transition into a permanent contract for the right candidate.
