About Our Client:


An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experience Customer Service Advisor to join our client on a 1 year FTC.

You will provide support to the UK sales team and ensure all customer calls and enquiries are answered as efficiently as possible.

Our client is a large manufacturer in the Warrington area.

***- Handle and resolve customer inquiries/complaints, recording issues and the resolution

  • Evaluate and deal with calls within own knowledge and redirect others as appropriate e.g., technical support and the sales team
  • Build strong internal relationships with key accounts and sales team to ensure best possible service provided
  • Create/maintain customer accounts
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and partners
  • Support customer service colleagues with other duties as and when required during annual leave
  • Be motivated to exceed the expectations of the customer and ensure the best standards are always achieved.

The Successful Applicant:

  • 2+ year consistent Customer Service
  • Experience in resolving customer issues/complaints
  • Confident and effective communicator, ability to handle escalated calls, complaints, and queries as necessary, dealing with customers/stakeholders in a sensitive and diplomatic manner
  • Highly organised when planning, seeing tasks through to completion
  • Language desirable (french, italian)
  • Knowledge of SAP desirable
