Night-shift Transport Administrator

My client based in the Evesham area is looking to recruit a Night-shift Transport Administrator to cover Maternity Leave so it will most likely be between 9 and 12 months and the position is due to start in the middle of July.

The role would involve working as part of the transport team and would cover 4 Nights, mostly Wed - Sun but sometimes Sun-Wed so some flexibility is required, the working hours are The main functions of this role includes:
  • Vehicle /driver tracking
  • Data Entry of KPI's for the Drivers ( already in place – would need populating only)
  • Dealing with phone and email enquiries
  • Any other admin tasks within the transport operation as requiredAs a suitable candidate you will offer the following
  • Previous experience as an administrator in a fast paced environment(ideally within transport)
  • Good IT skills incl MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
