Salary:
£23,694 pro rata, rising to £24,240 pro rata and again to £24,807 in two annual increments.

The Criminal Justice department is looking to recruit a part time (23 hours per week) Warrants Coordinator at Melksham Police Station with some time spent working from home.

The post holder will be the central point of contact to members of the organisation and other agencies providing timely and professional enquiries.

It is essential that you have proven administrative experience gained in a busy working environment. You will need to be computer literate with good keyboard skills.

Communication skills, both written and verbal are an essential part of the role as you will be liaising with internal staff as well as Court Services and other agencies.

You must be able to work unsupervised; be able to use your own initiative to resolve problems and demonstrate good time management/organisational skills to prioritise a demanding workload whilst adhering to deadlines.

You will also need to be flexible; able to cope with frequent change and adjust to the introduction of new systems and priorities.
