**What you will be doing
**As the Head of Product you will lead on strategy, vision, design, development and User experience for this organisations product. You must be able to gain a deep understanding of customer journeys and experience, create a strategy and roadmap and thentranslate that into measurable criteria and outcomes. Manage the development team to ensure successful delivery as well as supporting the rest of the business (Sales / Marketing) with product launch and client engagement.

What you'll need to succeedWe are looking for an experienced product manager who is ready to step up into a head of product role. You must be enthusiastic and able to support the wider business needs along side the product team.

  • Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in product management
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle from development to end of life
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or handson experience in software development and web technologies
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
