Reservation and Hub Agent

Salary: £23,920 per annum

Here at The Mole Resort, we have launched a brand-new resort set in 125 acres of beautiful Devon countryside, jam-packed with delicious food and drink and a whole lot of exciting activities.

As a Reservations and Hub Agent you will be responsible for assisting in providing a great customer journey from initial enquiry to checking out after their amazing stay.

What will I be doing?

As a Reservations and Hub Agent at The Mole, you are responsible for recording and controlling all hotel bookings, communicating with all departments to ensure the highest level of customer care. Receptionists will also be required to answer internal and external phone calls in a professional and friendly manner as well as dealing with our guests on a day-to-day basis. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

● Record accommodation bookings accuracy and effectively.

● Answering enquiries by phone and email.

● Communicating bookings to other departments.

● Completing day to day office administrative tasks

● Friendly and professional customer service when dealing with guests

● Ensure workstation area is tidy and equipment is in working order

● Understand and comply with Health and Safety legislation, fire precautions, legal requirements, and perform any other tasks that may be required from time to time.

● Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

Although previous experience would be beneficial, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
