Are you a Transport Administrator looking for an environment that will help accelerate your career? Can you juggle multiple tasks at any one time? Is working closely with our colleagues to achieve the same goal something that would motivate you? If so, we are looking for a Transport Administrator to join us at our site in Avonmouth.
Pay, benefits and more:
We're looking to offer a salary of up to £18,720 annum.
You will be working 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday day shift pattern, from 12pm with an hour lunch break.
In addition, we offer 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays).You'll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.
What you'll do on a typical day:
- Briefing and debriefing drivers
- Tacho compliance
- Organising paperwork and ensuring it is filled in a timely and correct manner
- Collecting and imputing staff hours on to bespoke systems
- Recording staff holidays and sourcing additional support to cover operational demands
- Occasional travel to another local site to aid in their administration
What you need to succeed at XPO:
- Previous Transport Administration experience is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail with good geographical knowledge of the UK
- Working knowledge of driver hours regulations
- A strong user of Microsoft Office Suite
