We are recruiting for a Service Advisor to join the busy Service Department in Guildford.

Our Client is seeking a high-performing Service Advisor who excels in customer service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor
  • Ability to upsell service work and plans
  • Customer-focused and adept communicator
  • Familiarity with Motor Dealership Database Software

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding necessary service and repair work
  • Generate job cards using internal systems
  • Update customer and vehicle records
  • Prepare and finalize invoices
  • Provide cost estimates and repair timescales to customers
  • Perform other duties as required by the Service Advisor role

Reward: Salary up to £28,000 with OTE around £33,000.
