Description

  • Manage customer accounts efficiently, keeping all information current.
  • Deal with customer inquiries and problems, delivering excellent service.
  • Collaborate with the team for seamless business operations.
  • Assist in devising and enforcing customer service protocols.
  • Spot chances for enhancing processes.
  • Handle sales administration tasks such as internal and customer-facing forms, promotional materials, and general business paperwork.
  • Coordinate sample requirements, from booking out to courier services, ensuring smooth processes.
  • Support customer visits, prep for meetings, and actively participate when needed.
  • Proactively address and resolve issues.
  • Complete all paperwork following company procedures.
