The
Global Qualification Services Leader for Cytiva is responsible for design of IQOQ product offerings, delivery of IQOQ products via physical binder and e-delivery methods, leading and inspiring a cross-functional team of associates and people-leaders, all part of a continuous-improvement culture positioning the Qualification Services (QS) business as a commercial growth enabler.

This position is part of the Global Service Delivery team. As a remote-based people leader, the
_Global Qualification Services Leader_ reports to the Global Service Delivery Leader. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

  • Develop the Qualification Services (QS) product roadmap, execute the business strategy, and establish overall framework for the QS business positioning Cytiva as a driven advantage and growth enabler.
  • Lead QS organization functional pillars (New Product Development/Technical Office, Lifecycle Management, Custom Hardware and Automation projects, Production Operations, and Calibration Services Governance).
  • Enable the commercialization of QS product offerings and Calibration Service product offerings through working partnership with Service Product Managers. Liaise and collaborate closely with Regional Commercial teams, Regional Service teams, Quality + Regulatory, EHS, Technical Operations, Service Delivery leaders, OptiRun, Supply Chain, On-Line Center, Automation and Digital Team, and other internal business partners.
  • Act as pointofescalation contact for customer concerns and resolve internal + external issues requiring manager intervention.
  • Establish and maintain
    _Global Governance_ for the development, deployment, auditing, regular review, and adherence to all
    _Calibration Service Offering_ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Develop and deploy Global _Calibration Service offerings_ to deliver business results. Ensure _Calibration Service processes_ are compliant with all Quality, Regulatory, and EHS requirements, documented and revision control through established QMS system (as applicable), and adhered to through all Global Service regional locations (customer site, internal repair centers, Channel Partners).
  • Responsible for budgeting, staffing, productivity + profitability and cost metrics, ontimedelivery (OTD) and quality/accuracy of IQOQ products.

Who you are:

  • Leader of the Danaher continuousimprovement culture (DBS). Role model accustomed to effectively driving continuous change while leading teams in a Global environment
  • Passion for the pursuit of excellence, driving associate engagement, focused on results
  • Education in Engineering, Business, Technology, (or equivalent) to University level
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English language

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Operational experience leading Global teams in a technical, health care, field-service, (or equivalent) environment
  • Factbased and strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, honest and open
  • Show respect for others, have professional approach and ability to create trust and develop talent. Demonstrated track record of developing talent and leading peopleleaders
  • Familiarity working with SFDC, Service Max, Oracle, intimate knowledge of regulatory landscape and industryproven qualification strategies, calibration industry knowledge (GMP, GDP, ASTM, NIST, ISO17025)
