My client, a prestigious 5-star Serviced Office provider, is in search of an outstanding Operations Manager to lead one of their top sites in Central London.

Your role is crucial for the smooth operation and team management of the site. You will be leading operational tasks, taking charge of responsibilities, and guiding the team effectively.

This role involves direct client interaction, requiring a minimum of 5 years' experience in customer-facing industries, with a preference for hospitality experience.

Required experience and skills include:

  • Team management
  • Proficiency in Health & Safety regulations and Facilities Management
  • Budget and P&L management experience
  • Background in hospitality, facilities management, or similar client-facing roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
